JULIEN SARTON — PHOTOGRAPHER & FILMMAKER, FRENCH ALPS
I'm Julien, a photographer and filmmaker based in Grenoble, in the French Alps
Photographer and filmmaker, I shoot photo and film for businesses: events, conferences, interviews, brand films.
I'm also a wedding photographer and wedding filmmaker capturing the day as it really happens, in natural, unstaged photographs and film.
Based in Grenoble, in the French Alps, I work across the region, from Annecy and Chambéry to Lyon, Valence and Avignon — and travel anywhere in France, Paris included. A note for couples planning from abroad: I speak English and Spanish fluently, and every meeting before the wedding happens by video call. By the time you land in France, we'll already know each other, and you'll know exactly how the day will run.
WHY WORK WITH ME
FIFTEEN YEARS IN COMMUNICATION FIRST
Photographer and filmmaker by trade, I came to this after fifteen years in communication and marketing. That background means I read a brief quickly, structure a photo and film project properly, and stay organized from the first call through to delivery — which matters more than it sounds when you're planning across a time zone.
PHOTOGRAPHER AND FILMMAKER, ONE PERSON
Covering an event in photo and video with a single person is entirely possible! This approach, rare in event photography and event videography means things flow better on the day, less coordination is needed and the budget works harder, while still delivering a professional, consistent result that captures what matters most about your event.

EXPERIENCES, NOT JUST COVERAGE
I offer unique photo and video options and activities to enrich your events and multiply the memories. These creative setups capture more emotion, generate original content and give the guests at your event something to remember.
PROFESSIONAL GEAR
I work exclusively with professional photo and video gear so every moment is captured with the best possible image and sound quality: Sony A7V cameras, Sony lenses, Aputure lighting and Rode audio equipment. You can also read all the reviews from the clients who have trusted me as a sign of that trust!
