FRENCH ALPS WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER
WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER IN THE FRENCH ALPS
Natural, unposed photography for your wedding in France
You're getting married in the French Alps, and you're looking for a photographer who speaks your language — literally and otherwise. You're in the right place. I'm Julien, based in Grenoble, right in the heart of the Alps. My job is to catch every moment and every emotion of your wedding day, and hand them back to you as photographs that feel true: spontaneous, unstaged, and worth coming back to for the rest of your life. I work in English and Spanish as fluently as in French, so nothing gets lost along the way — not in our first call, not on the day itself.
Alongside the photography, I also offer original wedding entertainment to create even more memories through the day: video guest book, deluxe photobooth, instant prints — elegant, easy, and genuinely fun, the kind of thing your guests talk about afterwards.
NATURAL, UNPOSED PHOTOGRAPHS
An honest eye on your wedding day in the Alps
A wedding photographer is the person who knows how to disappear when emotion takes over… so he can capture the smiles, the tears, the hugs and all those true moments! But he is also the one who knows how to raise his voice when the group photos need running with your guests! And then put you at ease for your couple session, with just enough direction for you to look both stylish and natural!
UNPOSED AND REAL
Because the best photographs happen when you forget the camera is there.

MEET THE PHOTOGRAPHER
BEHIND THE CAMERA
In this interview, I open the door on my work as a wedding photographer in the French Alps! I share my approach, a few stories from the field, some advice for your big day and the things that make me love this job so much.
A WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER IS
the one person who sees all of it
A wedding photographer shares your day from the inside, from the first nervous moments of getting ready to the last dance, catching the emotions, the glances, the gestures nobody planned. And when the party is over, the guests have flown home and life has picked up again, the photographs are what remain. They're what let you live the day again, pass it on, and feel each moment a second time.
If I do this work as a wedding photographer and wedding filmmaker, it's to witness the things that actually make a wedding: the laughter nobody can stop, the hugs that go on too long, the small details, the moments you never even saw because you were somewhere else. I stay discreet but awake, so your memories come back natural, alive, and true to the day you lived.

HOW WE WORK TOGETHER
booking your wedding photographer from abroad
1. We meet
We start with a video call, or a coffee in Grenoble if you happen to be here. You tell me your story, what matters to you, and how you picture the day. I walk you through how I work, the options, and the packages. In English, French or Spanish, whichever is easiest for you.
2. Quote and booking
Once the date is set and I've confirmed I'm free, I send you a quote to sign — it doubles as the contract — along with a 50% deposit to secure the date. Then we schedule a second, longer call to get specific: building the photography timeline, advice on how to pace the day, and the shortcuts I've learned from doing this a lot. The goal is simple: a clear plan, so nobody is improvising on the day.
3. The final call
About two weeks before the wedding, we have one last 30-minute video call to confirm the timeline, the key moments and the practical details. Months can pass between that call and the previous one — and throughout, I stay available for any question that comes up.
4. The wedding day
On the day itself, I capture every key moment discreetly and naturally: emotions, details, spontaneous instants. Present without being intrusive, I tell the story of your day as it unfolds. And if you want to extend the photo coverage, you can always book extra hours, before or after the schedule originally planned.
5. Photo delivery
Within one week of the wedding, you receive your photos in a private gallery. The people close to you can view and download the images in high resolution, so all your memories stay within reach.
